Where is bike collection?
Two options:
Option One: Choose our premium door to door service and we will collect and drop off to a location off your choice. This service is based on where you are located and have we have four tiers accordingly. CBD pick up and drop off starts at $50
Option TWO: Choose our centralised pick-up location and we will see you at the Sprouse Goose Cafe in Centennial Park. Collection is generally 4-6pm the Tuesday or Wednesday before a Saturday race. This ensures we arrive in time for a PRE RACE ride!
*This can obviously vary depending on distance/ travel time from Sydney to event.

Does the price include return?
Sure does! The price is inclusive of all insurance, fully inclosed truck or trailer and is TO and FROM your specified event. Departing from Sydney.

When do you arrive at the event?
We always aim to reach the event on the Friday prior to the event or 2-3 days prior if not a Friday. We want you to have sufficient time to pump tires, ride and forget.

Are you insured?
Yes we are fully insured. We also do a pre collection condition report to ensure we are all on the same page and your bike returns to you, as it arrived to us!

Do I need to prepare my bike for travel?
No. All you need to do is hand your bike over. We will remove the front wheel and place it in one of our labeled wheel bags. this is the only changes we will make to the bike.
We will hand your bike back to you, ready to ride.

Are you E-bike friendly?
Yes, we are. We have limited positions for E-bikes due to their size however, we can talk about what your needs are.
